New Privacy Campaign Policy Updates Released By Casa Crypto Custody Company
New Privacy Campaign Policy Updated By Casa
Casa is changing the game by improving the way companies write new privacy policies. As a new cryptocurrency custody startup, they have a lot to prove since traditional policies are pretty much standard across the board. Termed “Privacy and Data Protection Policy,” Casa will make them more understandable for the average person. The main goal is to keep the user safe from the threat of fraudulent activity.
The new tech startup needs to be on point to secure their standings in the industry. Casa is sticking to the new policy they’ve created, not coming in with any blindside tech or changes not mentioned in the document. There are several areas covered in the document, everything from advertising and cookie acceptance, including retargeting and methods for accessing data and tracking. They are making sure the customers' user information can’t be accessed through their new privacy policy.
Built on an open-sourced platform, they are making it easy for companies to adopt a new standard policy of privacy.
CTO of the company Jameson Lopp has stated that,
“Privacy policy is one of those things that people have gotten used to,” says Welch. And because of that “companies purposely create these very hard to read documents.”
Companies will now have to raise their level of security as well as consider the customer's data more seriously. According to Casa, there is no need for a company to store a customer’s data. Not keeping track of data is the only sure way to keep it safe.
