He was previously the Vice President of Business Development APAC at Agility Logistics and the Head of Consumer Retail Asia at DHL. He has more than ten years of hands on experience as an executive in business development working with different logistics in South Ease Asia. Max also has experience in solving board-level supply chain problems. He’s worked for multinationals who were primarily focused on the consumer goods industry.
He also spent more than ten years working in I.T. for several different dot-com startups in Silicon Valley, the tech hub of Northern California. He was an engineer in product development software companies in the United States and Europe before going into the software product management at APL Logistics back in 2000.
He’s from the United States, holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is one of a handful of people in the industry who has experience in I.T. and commercial sales management. He has a passion for the changing times of the industry.
Morten Damgaard is the COO. He was previously the CEO of Agility Logistics in South East Asia. And before that he was the SVP of Sales and Marketing and VP of Strategic Accounts. He brings a lot of experience to the table when it comes to large-scale organizations that are emerging with Asian Markets.
He has even more experience as the Senior Director for North Asia at Damco. Also, as the Director and Generl Manager for Maersk Logistics with the executive education from the Colombia University Business School.
