Payroc Partners With Ethos To Launch Cryptocurrency Payment Solution
Payroc, a firm that provides merchant and payment processing services, has announced that it will partner with Ethos.io, a cryptocurrency blockchain startup, to develop a digital currency payment processing solution. Essentially, the collaboration will see the Ethos ecosystem become integrated into the Payroc payment platform. As a result, merchants will start accepting payments made in virtual currencies, while customers will have the option to pay for using either conventional methods or cryptocurrencies.
Additionally, the partnership will establish a direct link between consumers and merchants, eliminating the often costly intermediaries. Notably, the crypto payment option will offer support for multiple coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethos token, the native digital currency o the Ethos.io ecosystem. Since Ethos abstracts other blockchains, this new solution can also accept other virtual currencies such as LTC and XRP.

Jared Poulson, the chief integrations officer at Payroc, expressed his enthusiasm over partnering with Ethos. Precisely, Jared stated that Ethos will add cryptocurrencies to the already brilliant Payroc payment processor. Consequently, Payroc merchants will have to access to payments made via electronic methods, credit cards and digital currencies, which have been gaining popularity of late.
He further disclosed that Payroc has been keeping tabs of Ethos for a substantial time, and they were enthused by their dedication towards advocating for the adoption of the trans-formative distributed ledger technology. Poulson concluded by saying that two companies share a lot, a factor that played a crucial role in the forging of this partnership.
