Play2Live Announces Level Up Chain Blockchain Testnet To Go Live Soon

Play2Live has decided to develop a new blockchain network known as Level Up Chain, which has been designed as a way to better connect all different kinds of gamers. The network provides effectively unlimited bandwidth to its users and it is expected to have an important amount of customers from Play2Live – which currently manages 5 million users.

The platform will be capable of processing as many as 500 transactions per second – Bitcoin can handle between 3-7 in the same amount of time – meaning that its developers have taken scalability as a serious issue. Moreover, the costs of the transactions are expected to be one penny US per transaction.

Vladislav Arbatov, CTO at Play2Live, explained:

“Working on Bitshares, we have faed complex scaling and risks of ‘bottleneck’ as the functionality of the platform expanded, and the amount of transactions increased. The peak power of Bitshares is not enough to cover all the activities of Play2Live. That is why we are realizing product architecture that will allow us to scale the project without putting it to risk of depending on the capacity of the third-party blockchain.”

Play2Live’s new blockchain should allow its users to enjoy from a better overall experience while using the platform. And what Play2Live is doing is basically what other networks should do as well to maintain their position in the market. With several platforms spreading all over the internet it is very important to keep updated and working in improving the network.
