QLC Chain Begins Enterprise Client Adoption, Details QGAS Token Roadmap During Recent AMA
QLC Chain Begins Enterprise Client Adoption
Montnets Group, a company with a 10 billion RMB market capitalization, has issued its intent to adopt the WLC Chain. According to a tweet by QLC Chain, “QLC signed $2 million sales MOU with Montnets, for purchasing the token . . . on the public market.” The venture was discussed in an article by Medium, which is based on an AMA Reddit discussion. Here are the highlights.
As the post explains, Montrets signed the $2 million USD sale “for purchasing WLC and QGAS token to deploy related communication services on the WLC chain. The token will be purchased from the public market.” There is no indication as to when and how the purchase will take place.
It seems that QLC Chain takes the position that it system promote more onboarding on the system, which in turn leads to more QGAS token consumption, thereby leading to a demand for QLC tokens for stacking, and ultimately, more demand for QLC. As the article explains,
“In QLC Chain’s case, the more users onboard on the system, the more Q-gas consumed, the more QLC required for staking, which drives the demand of QLC.”
The venture between Monntnets Group and WLC Chain is targeting communication service providers, financial service providers, and enterprise clients. Further, the article mentions that Huawei is a “potential” client and that it may stand to benefit from the anti-fraud provisions in the SMS billing system.
Further, GO-QLC has five nodes when the Mainnet launched. One of the nodes is from Montnets. Every client transaction is considered to be a node. Further, to comply with the dPoS consensus, the platform has voting nodes. It does not set a specific number due to the security of the network.
