Raj Kundra, Amit Bharadwaj Caught Up In Indian Bitcoin Mining Scams

In a recent INR 2000 core Bitcoin mining scam, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has started addressing Raj Kundra in an interrogation. This interrogation is also including Amit Bhardwaj in their concerns who has been linked to several different shady schemes of sorts in the past.

The reason that Raj Kundra is most commonly known in India is as his position as the husband to Shilpa Shetty, who is a famous Bollywood actress. Much of the suspicion around Kundra comes from his association with Amit Bharadwaj, who is the founder of Amaze Mining and the CEO of GainBitcoin Miners. Bharadwaj was recently arrested for a Ponzi scheme worth $300 million that involved GB miners, and his arrest was grouped together with eight other participants in the scam.

Unfortunately for Kundra, he has been involved with many scams in the past. An IPL betting scam resulted in Kundra’s ban from that community, and a FIR was filed against both Kundra and his wife for scamming a textile firm owner.

In 2004, Kundra was listed as one of the top 200 richest people in all of Asia, according to Success Magazine. He presently owns a cricket team named the Rajasthan Royals and has a net worth of $76 million.
