Roger Ver Declares Bitcoin Cash ABC As BCH Hashwar Winner, Talks “Satoshi’s” Actions

Roger Ver Says Bitcoin Cash ABC Has Won The Hard Fork Battle

Roger Ver, the Chief Executive Officer [CEO] of Bitcoin.com, spoke in lengths about the recent Bitcoin Cash (BCH) hard fork which resulted in the creation of Bitcoin Cash ABC and Bitcoin Cash SV.

He claimed that this hard fork had used more than 400 Peta hashes of energy which is approximately more than the energy generated by the Hoover Dam.

He even said that Bitcoin Cash ABC is significantly ahead of Bitcoin Cash SV by an estimated 53.5% when it comes to Proof of Work [PoW]. This in itself was a big accomplishment. On this achievement, Ver said that Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of Ethereum [ETH], and Charlie Lee, the founder of Litecoin [LTC] had congratulated him.

Ver marked the prevalent apprehension in the Bitcoin community against Bitcoin Cash, saying that people should redirect their rage toward fiat money which manipulates billions of people all over the world.

“Why are you mad at any digital currencies? Be mad at the fiat currencies that are used to manipulate people all over the world. That’s the currency you should be mad at. Not at Bitcoin Cash.”

Ver later said that that he was skeptical about his rival, Craig Wright’s claims to be Satoshi.

He added:

“The actions taken by BSC are opposite to how cryptocurrencies should function. Claiming you are Satoshi and then threatening to sell everything to destroy the cryptocurrency is a lot like a kid who just lost a basketball game and walks away with the ball.”

Many exchanges have shown support for the hard fork like Bittrex, Binance, Gate.io and more, who support both the offerings.
