- Samsung had initially hinted at the launch of its new DApp kit last month.
- At the time, a spokesperson for the tech giant had stated that the new update would allow for things like account management and backup, payment and digital signature facilitation etc.
As per an all-new press release issued by Samsung late yesterday afternoon, the South Korean tech giant has just expanded its blockchain Software Development Kit (SDK) by adding two new modules to it.
For starters, the SDK now comes with a digital analytics DApp called “Jupiter” as well as a QR code-based password wallet called “Mars”. This new update will come pre-installed in all of the firm’s latest smartphones.
Jupiter makes use of an AI framework that has been created by TrustVerse. Using this technology, the platform allows its users to obtain a host of automated price predictions and analytical data. Not only that, but the DApp also enables users to track the volatility of many different digital assets.
Also, Jupiter also has the power to forecast crypto prices over the course of several hours.
The other app ‘Mars’ is designed to allow users to facilitate peer-to-peer crypto xfers using just a QR code.
In closing out this piece, it should be pointed out that a few weeks back Samsung and cryptocurrency payments startup Pundi X seemed all set to enter into an agreement that would allow crypto enthusiasts to integrate their XWallet app into their Samsung Blockchain Wallets.
