SeriesOne and Polymath Join Hands to Simplify Blockchain-based Security Token Issuance
The seriesOne Inc., a platform that has been designed as a securities fundraising platform has just gone ahead to announce that they have partnered with the Polymath, a platform that has been designed as a security token company.
The partnership was initiated to ensure they are able to simplify some of the complex challenges that are faced when creating and also managing the blockchain asset-based securities.
With the partnership they have gotten into with Polymath it will be able to enable each of the issuers to be able to easily create and also be in a position to manage the tokens that are compliant, all this will be done through the whole lifecycle. This is from the initial offering to the point where you are able to trade it on the secondary exchange.
It is evident with the token control layer that will be offered by the Polymath company might just be the next industry standard that will be implemented, thus, there is a lot of potentials we should able to see in the near future. With these two companies in place, we should see nothing but great things being offered as they are both bringing unique values that will help them excel in the market.
“We believe that the token control layer offered by Polymath will be the industry-wide standard and we are excited to be working together,”
said seriesOne CTO Dmitry Grinberg.
“Investors around the world trust Polymath, which was fundamental to our decision to work together,”
said Michael Mildenberger, CEO of seriesOne.
“We are confident that working with the Polymath team using the ST-20 protocol will enhance the process of raising capital on our platform.”
