ShapeShift Crypto Exchange Adds Polymath (POLY) & Binance Coin (BNB)

Shapeshift is an exchange platform that permits users to swop tokens instantaneously. Today, July 3, 2018, the company announced the addition of Binance Coin and Polymath to its list of coins that can be swapped instantly.

According to the statement, both Binance Coin and Polymath are now accessible on the company’s virtual marketplace for depositors who are not residents of the United States. Users who are not residents of the United States are now permitted to purchase and sell both tokens with over 50 virtual assets.

The inclusion of Binance Coin seems to be a curious choice considering that this indicates the inclusion of a competitor’s tokens. It seems ShapeShift could not overlook Binance Coin since it is arguably the token that powers one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges.

With a $95 million market cap, Polymath Network is a new platform that opens up the blockchain to lawfully compliant security offerings. The company also has a system of services which are made in such a way that they are able to reduce related costs over a period of time. The platform is also powered by blockchain and smart contract technology, with an exceptional security token standard which permits securities issuers to produce virtual tokens.

The virtual tokens are used in representing shares as well as other instruments related to conventional fiscal assets such as stocks, VC funds, royalties, debentures, and private equity. In many ways, Polymath is the pioneer platform to permit actually lawful ICOs.
