SinglePoint Inc., a technology and investment company is set to present at the National Investment Banking Association, NIBA, Conference in New York.
NIBA is one of the premier investment banking conferences. SinglePoint hopes to use the NIBA opportunity to attract additional institutional coverage due to the improvements in the corporate structure.
The SinglePoint management will be presenting and meeting with investors during the two-day conference with the goal of increasing visibility and continuing to build momentum.
How SinglePoint Made It To NIBA
In the past six months, SinglePoint completed audits, up-listed to the OTCQB, filed a Form 10 to become a fully reporting company. Its intention was to increase transparency and allow for shareholders to have additional flexibility and liquidity. The company executives looks on for these steps to help attract accretive opportunities for the company.
Speaking for on behalf of the company, SinglePoint CEO, Greg Lambrecht said these steps have at this time opened the doors to large investment banking forums such as NIBA, where the company previously could not present.
Greg says now that SinglePoint has successfully filed itsForm 10 the company has many more accretive opportunities as they look forward to introducing SinglePoint to the family office and institutional investment community through NIBA.
SinglePoint To Launch Cryptocurrency Application, LastMile Delivery
SinglePoint also said it is set to launch the cryptocurrency application and national commercial campaign in the coming weeks.
According to Wil Ralston, President SinglePoint, the crypto application, which was co-created with AppSwarm, is planned to launch in the coming days on IOS and Android devices.
Once fully published, SinglePoint will be able to launch the national ad campaign that is already approved on multiple national media outlets.
Wil recalled that the app launch has been a long time coming with many speed bumps and unexpected delays, but that it is not unexpected when building an innovative application from the ground up.
He said the company is about to set the bar high, as it is about to launch a national ad campaign. Wil expressed the company’s excitement to be so close to the finish line. He said the commercial is done, the wallet is almost fully functioning, and SinglePoint is now finalizing sending Bitcoin to another address which will complete the development for initial release.
They expect this to be done in the coming days, followed by a few days of testing and launch.
The company has been full steam ahead on many project all of which are near completion. LastMile Delivery is currently being tested and is fully functional from inception to completion of order.
The company is working with beta clients that will provide initial feedback and changes in the coming weeks. SinglePoint and AppSwarm intend to deliver a full production application in July.
Other SinglePoint Moves
To add to the excitement of this launch both SinglePoint and AppSwarm are working collaboratively to launch into the Canadian cannabis market which is set to be fully legal October 17th.
LastMile Delivery will provide efficiencies for the legal medical and recreational cannabis retailers.
SinglePoint says it will continue to pursue potential acquisition targets as it is currently negotiating a definitive agreement and going through due diligence.
