SWARM Partners With Copper For Secure Military-Grade Crypto Custodian Solution
SWARM, a crypto trading infrastructure provider, has recently decided to start a partnership with Copper, a digital asset company, in order to improve its digital asset custody services. Copper, which is based in the U. K., is an important company which also provide brokerage services to crypto firms. Another service offered by the company is to offer APIs to other companies.
Now, this API service will be used by SWARM. Philipp Pieper, the CEO, and co-founder of SWARM has commented on the new partnership between the two companies. According to him, this will be a very important integration between the two companies because they fit very well.
Copper’s tech will be used to provide more security, as well as convenience, for the other company. This, according to Pieper, is absolutely essential so that the company can be really adopted by the institutional companies which are prone to invest in the digital securities market.
He added that the company was able to find a pretty solid team at Copper because they are really 100% committed to growing an ecosystem for digital securities and they can be very important in helping companies to grow.
Pieper, a considerably important figure in the industry, is a part of the Barcelona Trading Conference, which will happen soon. The conference will hold a panel which will have his presence and also Yoni Assia (eToro’s founder and CEO), Oscar Jofre (KoreConC), Carlos Domingo (CEO of Securitize) and Roel Walfert (CryptoDelta’s founder).
Digital Assets Need A Good Storage System
Copper has recently decided to revamp all the security protocols of the company’s custody service. Why? Because security is everything when you are dealing with cryptocurrencies. People are constantly trying to steal your cryptos, so you have no choice but to be prepared for whatever will happen and, if you deal with large companies, they will also be.
Digital securities cannot be properly used if there are no robust security protocols, so the company has developed technology in order to add a “military-grade optical air gapping” that will ensure that the assets will be fully secured at all times and that the keys of the owners will be sharded even during the signing process.
According to Dmitry Tokarev, the CEO of Copper, SWARM is a company that is currently at the forefront of innovation in the world. This, he affirms, will help the crypto industry to move forward and to develop new solutions to help investors all around the world.
He also affirmed that the crypto industry may be evolving quite fast recently but there is one major problem with it at the moment, it still needs to mature a lot before the large investors can finally be confident enough to invest heavily in the area.
This, he believes, simply cannot be achieved without some good custody solutions that will ensure that everything is done properly and that the assets are well protected.
