Recently, LOCI, a blockchain-driven platform for intellectual property discovery and mining, announced a partnership with The Bureau, a prominent startup blockchain incubation hub. The two entities are expected to work together in the development of a business ecosystem. Specifically, LOCI will grant support and access to its platform for the users of The Bureau. On the other hand, The Bureau will allow LOCI to access the various innovators, startups and entrepreneurs that are registered to its platform.
John Wise, the CEO of LOCI, said that The Bureau is the ideal partner for his firm at this stage of their development. He mentioned that The Bureau is better than other accelerator programs because it supports projects that have a positive impact on the real world. John concluded by saying that he intends to work with The Bureau’s head, Matt McGraw, to develop a global network that nurtures innovative minds.
The startups supported by The Bureau will use the LOCI platform to assess their competitive advantages and points of differentiation in the market. For instance, Dispatch, an enterprise blockchain protocol for data analysis and management, will use LOCI for research while LOCI will rely on Dispatch to control their data.
Besides mutual benefits, these two entities will also organize events such as industry meet-ups and hackathons together. In this regard, Matt McGraw said that he is familiar with the LOCI team and is a huge fan of their productive development strategies. Matt added that the partnership is ideal and expressed confidence that it will improve The Bureau significantly.
