The Hard Fork Decentralized blockchain and digital currency forum aims to embrace diversity by fostering equality in the collection of opinions from the crypto community. For this reason, women interested in blockchain tech will get tickets to the event for discounted prices.

As mentioned above, Hard Fork Decentralized intends to encourage female participation in the blockchain sector. Essentially, this move is aimed at addressing the apparent disparity in the representation of the two genders in the crypto space.
