The cryptocurrency wallet provider Blockchain.com has opened a new office located in Lithuania. This is the fifth office that the company opened around the world and it is also part of its expansion plans in Europe. The information was released by the firm in a blog post on February 19.

In order to expand its services in Europe, the blockchain wallet and services provider Blockchain.com has inaugurated a new office in Vilnius. The firm informed that the country is truly committed to innovation and it was the perfect place to open one of its offices. The intention is to become the home of the customer success operations, design, and engineering teams.
At the moment, the firm is searching for new employees in the country and vacancies will be announced in the coming weeks.
Virginijus Sinkevičius, the Minister of Economy and Innovation of Lithuania said about it:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Blockchain to Vilnius. The presence of a company as well-known as Blockchain will put Lithuania in the spotlight of the international blockchain community.”
Mantas Katinas, the General Manager of Invest Lithuania said that a world leader in blockchain technology will be joining the community and will also be instrumental in locally developing the next generations of innovations in the field.
As mentioned before, the company will be hiring dozens of designers and customer success agents as well as Android Engineers, Backend Engineers and Quality Engineers to work with other team members in London, New York, and San Francisco.
The firm will be offering services to its growing user base and also develop new and innovative software solutions to transform the future of the financial landscape. Now, they will be focusing on building their team in Vilnius during the next months.
