Trade.io’s CEO, Jim Preissler, has recently announced during a speech on a Bloomberg event in London that the exchange of the company would be launched on July 17. This announcement comes after months of wait since the first announcement that the platform would exist. After the launch of the exchange, the company will release its Liquidity Pool.

The company has also announced that the people who pre-register during the first month will be able to get commission-free trading on the platform.

Trade.io’s announcement happened during “The Future of Cryptocurrencies”, a conference that was the first ever held by Bloomberg and it reunited thousands of users. The event was also live-streamed on the site of the company.

During the event, the company has also held a “guerrilla coffee campaign” as a way to promote the launch. More than 13,000 free coffes were served, according to the company’s statistics. Many chocolates emulating the company’s coin, Trade Token (TIO). There was also an opportunity for passersby to register in the company’s airdrop campaign.

To increase the awareness of the event, the company has made plans to use a surprise flash mob of dancers dressed as astronauts. It looks like Trade.io is trying to get all the attention that it can.

Jim Preissler has commented that the company was thrilled to announce the platform and that the community’s wait would finally end for once and for all. The launch will have a thousand users and future clients will be admitted on the following days.
