This new tool is an analog to Ethereum’s Web3.js and it can be used for similar causes. You can see the open code of this new API on Github. Web3.js works as a library that allows the developer/user to network with local or remote Ethereum nodes using IPC or HTTP.
The foundation has used the opportunity to inform the followers that the TronBox will also be released soon. Developers will be able to use both TronBox and TronWeb to create decentralized apps on top of the Tron network. TronWeb will be used to give the developers a smooth experience in development and it is heavily influenced from its Ethereum counterpart.
Tron Is Focused In Creating Development Tools
The Tron Foundation has been focusing in the future releases of products to deal with the new demands from the market now that the company is at the next level and finally releasing its tools for development. The company has expanded on the Web3’s core technology to make the essential features of this new product and the development team has developing tools to integrate dapps and browsers like Node.js.
TronWeb is built for the Version 6 of Node.js and it is compatible with all newer versions. It can also be used together with the Chrome extension. The foundation has affirmed that the API can also be used with frameworks like Vue, Angular and React.
These new products, the TronWeb API and the TronBox, are integration tools that can be used together with the Tron Virtual Machine from August 30 onward. Finally, the team is also working on a new depository in which the developers can find information in relation to Tron.
