Tron Reveals Momentous “Official Partnership” Sneak Peak with Liverpool Football Club
In his typical fashion, Justin Sun, the founder of Tron and CEO of BitTorrent have left some fat crumbs for the Tron supporters about its association with popular football club Liverpool.
On April 23rd, Sun took to Twitter to share the invitation send by Liverpool featuring Jürgen Klopp, the manager of Premier League club Liverpool. In the 25 seconds long video that shows the logos of both the organizations side by side, starts with “We are Liverpool. This means more,” only for the voice over to further state,
“This means more because you are associating yourself with a philosophy. A philosophy that says more about you than being part of any other football club in the world.”
Thank you for the unique and innovative invitation, Liverpool! I am impressed and I'm looking forward to exploring this #TRON new partnership together! @LFC #TRX $TRX #BTT $BTT 😇🤝 pic.twitter.com/7RhFw7QVbX

Justin Sun has The Tron Community Excited & Intrigued
The entire community is not only excited but also intrigued as Tron’s partnership with such a big brand would not only expose it to Liverpool Football Club’s (LFC) millions of fans but also the hardcore fans of football all over the world.
Sun further responded to the eager Tron supporters where he revealed
“official partnership. I will have more detail soon.”
Tron supporter Misha Lederman, shared his enthusiasm by contemplating what this could mean. According to him, Tron’s BitTorrent could assist Liverpool in their own live streaming option for its seven hundred million fans all around the world.
“A partnership between TRON & Liverpool, the current leader of Premier League, semi-finalist in Champions League & one of the most legendary clubs in England, would be beyond massive for crypto to say the least. Can already see the TRON logo on that red LFC shirt at Anfield.”
This partnership could also be expected to drive TRX prices up, however, at the time of writing, the 11th largest cryptocurrency by market cap has been trading at $0.023 with 24-hours loss of nearly 8 percent, in tandem with Bitcoin just like rest of the market, as per Coinmarketcap data.
This connection between football and cryptocurrency was first established on a grand scale in Russia last year during the FIFA World Cup. At that time, hotels in St. Petersburg and Moscow among other major cities were accepting Bitcoin and cryptos. Even cabs and pubs also gave a nod to cryptos.
This time if Tron has, in fact, in direct and official capacity secured a partnership with Liverpool, it would not only be a good thing for Tron but also for the entire crypto market.
