Tron Sees TRX Cryptocurrency Hit Number 8 By Coin Market Cap , Surpassing Tether (USDT)

Tron Reaches The 8th Place In The Crypto Market

Tron (TRX) one of the largest digital assets in the crypto space reached the 8th position in the market as it continues to grow at very fast rates. The popular cryptocurrency surpassed Bitcoin SV (BSV) on Monday and Tether (USDT) a few hours ago.

CoinMarketCap shows that Tron has a market capitalization of $1.93 billion, while USDT has $1.92 billion. Tron registered an increase of 13% in the last 24 hours. At the same time, Tron registered a price increase of 139% since it bottomed at the beginning of December 2018. Nevertheless, it remains far from its all-time high of $0.28. At the moment, Tron is being traded around $0.0291 a price reduction of almost 90% since January 2018.

The last few days were very positive for Tron that has been expanding in the space. There are some things that are worth mentioning about this virtual currency. The BitTorrent Foundation launched a new cryptocurrency known as BitTorrent Token (BTT).

Moreover, in a few days, the NiTRON event hosted by Tron will be featuring important figures such as the basketball star Kobe Bryant and Justin Sun, the founder of the Tron Foundation.

The next step for Tron is to surpass Stellar Lumens (XLM) which has a market capitalization of $2.35 billion. Litecoin (LTC) is very close as well with a market cap of $2.36 billion.

At the moment, the virtual currency market seems to be stable. Some digital assets are losing some value while others are increasing. Bitcoin (BTC) is falling 0.15% and Ethereum (ETH) 0.02%. Meanwhile, XRP is growing 0.59%.
