The Tron Foundation made it official via their Twitter on the 27th of August that they are very interested in initiating a partnership with SatoWallet, exciting a large number of the foundation's supporters in the process. This partnership, which was just recently revealed, will add yet another notch to the already extensive belt of the Tron behemoth to coincide with the imminent launch of the Tron Virtual Machine (TVM), which is scheduled to go live on the 30th of August.
Tron’s announcement came in the form of a retweet of Samuel Benedict’s tweet teasing users of a Tron collaboration with Satowallet. Samuel Benedict is the current CEO of SatoWallet, and they were very forthcoming with this development, especially off the back of announcing their other partnership with Changelly.
The latest update from SatoWallet would allow for users to instigate an instant swap between several blockchain assets that are supported by Changelly's Application Programming Interface (API). SatoWallet has also stated that users can make use of the Changelly exchange with immediate effect through the SatoWallet app.
When the announcement that SatoWallet had secured a partnership with Changelly, their Twitter page had its fair share of comments from the community, with the likes of ‘Decrypted', a Twitter user stating the following:
“I still didn’t receive any response from the support about total missing of Bitcoins from my Satowallet. Why the trades were cancelled many hours after completion? I have negative bitcoin balance !! how is that even possible ??”
In a remarkable coincidence, it was only a month ago that Tron was officially listed on the Changelly exchange. Justin Sun, the Creator and Founder of TRON stating the following:
“#TRON #TRX is available now for $USD at @Changelly_team Instant Exchange. Users can use the credit card to purchase $TRX directly through it.”
At this moment in time, Changelly is one of the most popular cryptocurrency exchanges in operation within the cryptosphere, providing users with trading opportunities in the ecosystem, while also giving newcomers a highly intuitive platform to get them started on their longer journey.
In a statement by Changelly's CEO and Co-Founder, Konstantin Gladych, he said:
“We are thrilled to partner with the top-10 cryptocurrency. TRON is a fascinating project that provides the infrastructure for the future of the internet. And the Changelly team is very proud to be part of that.”
This surprise announcement from Tron follows quite quickly off the heels of the organization introducing and subsequently releasing its own wallet just a few weeks back. With the company had stated that the main aim of the TronWallet is to make transactions and operations more seamless and easy for its various users.
The wallet was developed by the Tron Foundation predominantly, with collaboration with Getty/IO, a software company.
