Individuals can create a bounty for building their reputation about their education, previous employment, skills, achievements, and more. Based on a proprietary weighted algorithm, participants who confirmed the request will be accordingly rewarded with TrustLogics tokens.
Digital Portfolio For Independent Service Providers
ISPs can choose to get any of their background information like criminal, drug, and work history verified by placing a request through their TrustLogics tokens. After the verification is processed, validators are transferred allocated tokens.
Peer-to-Peer Hiring Model
Recruiters will post a new job opportunity and declare a bounty to close that position. With the AI based algorithm developed by TrustLogics, suitable peers will be notified about the job posting, who can then refer others within and outside the TrustLogics platform. After the successful closure of the position, TrustLogics tokens will be distributed among the participants involved.
