Finally, the blockchain technology gives partygoers and event hosts something to smile about! Tuurnt is the company at the center of this innovative platform which seeks to reward both event organizers and party lovers.
What Is Tuurnt?
Tuurnt aims to use blockchain to fill a market gap in the event industry. Advancements in technology have enabled people to earn from renting out their homes or driving a taxi, but what if someone owns none of these assets? That is where Tuurnt swoops in to fill this void through its Tuurnt app.
With Tuurnt, users can create an event in no time. Just like renting out your house or taxi, here you get paid to be the host. Through its app, revelers and hosts are connected. Hosts have the additional benefit of earning by listing their events on the platform. Similarly, its online community benefits through the unique experience of booking events from anywhere.
Its token, called Tuurnt Token (TRT), acts as a transaction medium on the platform allowing the users to trade services as well as act as a reward system.
How Tuurnt Token (TRT) Will Be Used
TRT will serve two major functions as follows:
- To book paid or free events on the platform.
- To send TRT to friends and other Tuurnt users.
TRT will also be used to award users based on their level system. Users who want to attend a free event will be required to have at least 1 TRT in their wallet.
Tuurnt Award System
The Tuurnt level system divided into two sub-categories:
- For hosts.
- For partygoers.
Tuurnt Rewards for Event Hosts
They will be rewarded with bonus token (TRT), each time they reach one of the four “Tuurnt Levels” milestones. Each milestone is determined by a specific number of positive feedbacks the hosts receives after an event is over.
Nevertheless, to receive the award, the host must keep a general rating of 3 stars and above at all times.
The “Tuurnt Levels” are as follows:
New hosts start at this level. It means you have 0 to 24 reviews in your account. This status indicates to partygoers that you have created at least one event.
When the host reaches 25 reviews, their Tuurnt level automatically upgrades to Silver. They also get 125 TRT reward.
When the host reaches 125 reviews, their Tuurnt level automatically upgrades to Gold. They also get 625 TRT reward.
When the host reaches 250 reviews, their Tuurnt level automatically upgrades to Platinum. They also get 1250 TRT reward.
When the host reaches 500 reviews, their Tuurnt level automatically upgrades to Diamond. They also get 2500 TRT reward. This status reveals to partygoers that you're an ultimate event host.
Tuurnt Rewards For Partygoers
They will receive TRT every time they go for an event.
Partygoers have a “Tuurnt level” milestone based on the number of events they’ve attended.
