Ucommune Digs Deeper into Blockchain Technology with Its First-Ever Research Lab

The use of blockchain technology has been an interest of several firms from varying industries, but for many, getting started and understanding its potential, is harder than perceived. During a Beijing Ceremony, Ucommune announced the launch of its Blockchain Research Lab. In addition, a co-working space will be implemented to encourage Blockchain solutions.

The CEO and Founder of Ucommune, Ma Zhiyu sees this as a great opportunity to explore the decentralized platform. In particular Zhiyu stated that a research establishment is crucial in providing:

“trusted services to our growing and diversifying community member base.” He also said that the “lab will conduct in-depth research on Blockchain application for coworking and develop a white paper that sets the industry benchmark.”

As for the research lab, Zhiyu is said to have partnered up with Xu Binchao. Zhiyu’s expertise within the software domain as well as Binchao’s specialization in product design is said believed to expand Blockchain research.

According to Binchao, the goal behind the Blockchain Research Lab is to provide a platform for companies of all sizes to efficiently set and achieve goals. More specifically, Binchao said,

“Drawing on our technological know-how and expertise, we are on track to connect enterprises across the entire value chain to form a smart contract platform that all member companies can build their sub-chains upon.”

This is definitely a useful approach taken by Ucommune, as understanding the works behind blockchain technology is the foundation of any project built based on its technology.
