UK’s Corporate Traveller Starts Partnership With BitPay To Accept Bitcoin and BCH Payments

More and more companies are starting to accept cryptocurrency payments now. Corporate Traveller, a leading business travel management service based in the United Kingdom is one of the latest companies to do it.

The company has just started a new partnership with BitPay, one of the largest crypto payment providers in the world. With this new agreement between the two companies, Corporate Traveller will be able to accept BTC and BCH payments from its customers.

According to the company, the staff is very excited about having this new ability and they intend to cater to the needs of the customers who want to be able to pay in cryptos.

Andy Hegley, the UK General Manager of the company, has affirmed that Corporate Traveller is leading its business in the last 20 years. This is why the company has to accept new kinds of payments, as they want to continue their successful path and to focus on the delivery of experiences that their clients will not find with other companies.

This is why, in his opinion, the company is so focused on tailoring the products for its clients in order to retain them. They saw a steep increase in the demand for crypto-based services, especially with Bitcoin, since the payments are so easy to make.

The choice to use BitPay was kind of obvious for the company. Any BTC payments received via the service are immediately turned into fiat. This is especially good because there is no price volatility, which is a reason for many merchants not currently accept this kind of transaction.

Users can pay using cryptos but the company will receive in fiat and will have to pay very low fees (around 1%), which are far cheaper than the ones that you pay when using credit cards.

This service has several interesting features like being able to send invoices that can be paid easily, which is why the company moved over $1 billion USD from several merchants last year.
