US Traders Visit Crypto Exchanges 22 Million Times Each Month, DataLight Research Reveals
A new research paper produced by DataLight has discovered that the United States, Japan and South Korea are the three main fans of crypto exchanges in the whole world. Datalight investigated where all the traders come from and discovered that most of them come from the U. S.
After analyzing over 100 platforms, the company discovered that U. S.-based users have around 22.2 million visits on crypto exchanges monthly.
Japan was ranked second in this study, with a total of 6.1 million visits, less than a third of what the U. S. had. South Korea ranked third with 5.7 million while the United Kingdom and Russia followed with 3.8 and 3.1 million users.
Unfortunately, the study obviously underrepresents the number of Chinese and Indian people trading since they have to use mostly P2P exchanges because their countries have basically banned crypto trading. Even with that, India was still ranked 11th in the reports.
According to Datalight, the most obvious discovery from this study is that nearly every country in the world seeing some trading traffic, even in the countries which have banned this practice. Only Greenland and some central parts of Africa had no trading whatsoever.
The study was made this month, April, which saw a rise in how many people are trading since the prices of BTC started to go up.
