Users Can Withdraw BAT Tokens From Brave Now in Latest Brave Browser Rewards Update
Brave Browser, an important startup that has created the popular browser program, has recently announced, via its product manager Alex Wykoff, that people will be able to start withdrawing their BAT tokens from the browser soon.
Please note, Nightly may experience issues here and there. Always be sure to backup your wallet so as not to lose any tokens should something go wrong. Nightly is not meant to be your primary driver. Use at your own risk 🙂

According to the announcement, the users of the program can take their tokens directly to their wallets after they verify their ID with UpHold, which is having a partnership with the company.
As soon as they are verified, they can buy new BAT tokens and take away the tokens that they will receive in exchange for participating in the Brave Ads program. Brave Ads pays the customer for taking some time in order to see ads from sites.
Obviously, verification is important and you need to use documents for that. Also, creators of content will only be able to be tipped if they are verified now. Before, they did not need to. The contribution system will continue to work as it was before. The main difference is the possibility of adding new sources such as credit cards and bank accounts to fund the tokens bought.
Most of the chances are probably due to the increasingly ever-present regulation in the crypto market. More and more companies are being pressed into offering information to regulators about their clients when it involves cryptos.
The company, on its blog, has affirmed that Brave is not a bank, so it is natural that it cannot do some things. Because of this, the identity of people have to be confirmed in order to work together with banks.
The founder of Brave Browser, Brendan Eich, has recently pointed out that the main goal of BAT tokens are not be used, not held. Because of Bitcoin, most people believe that crypto tokens are all about speculating and hoping that their value will increase, but BAT tokens are purely created in order to be really used.
It is because of this that the company is constantly creating new ways to use the tokens efficiency and to be able to tip them to more people. For instance, Twitter and Reddit tipping was started only this year, but are already important features.
According to the founder, Brave is mostly focused on empowering people on both sides. It allows a privacy-focused experience online and helps content creators to be tipped for their work.
New Brave Release To Work Better
Despite Brave having a pretty interesting idea behind it, the truth is that the product is still far from finished. Wykoff promised that this new release, which is still not the final one, will address most of the issues that people were talking about.
According to him, many bugs will be fixed and now content creators will see the names of the people who tipped them, something that was not possible before the latest update.
There are still some bugs which are not going to be solved in this version, but the company promised that most of them would be finished soon.
