What’s the Scoop with Justin Bieber’s “Runs on Ripple” Share to 120 Million Instagram Followers?
- Ripple got exposure to Justin Bieber’s 121 million Instagram followers
- Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun is in partnership with Ripple to innovate music industry
XRP community is beyond ecstatic as signer Justin Bieber gives his 121 million followers on Instagram a glimpse of Ripple in his latest video.
In this star-studded Instagram story, Bieber is seen running all over the globe. The footage also featured the Joker, Spiderman, Dwayne Johnson shouting ‘Run’, Jack Sparrow, environmental activist Greta Thunberg and has him passing by US President Donald Trump handshaking North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un and much more.
Biebers’s race didn’t just cover the globe while running through streets, a maze, climbing the pyramids of Giza, crossing a soccer field but also the XRP price chart.
The footage shows Bieber riding a really high green trendline on the XRP price chart that features the company's partners TrasferGo, Santander, the latest one MoneyGram with “Runs on Ripple” tag.
A still from the Bieber’s video featuring XRP price chart
Despite the chart being there for barely two seconds (if that), the exposure it has gotten from the 121 million of Bieber’s followers is a big feat in itself.
Though there have been no rumors and news of any partnerships between Ripple and the music sensation, the video features its partners.
Interestingly, Justin Bieber is represented by Scott Samuel “Scooter” Braun, a record executive, talent manager, and record label owner who back in July had a meeting with Ripple executives including CEO Brad Garlinghouse.
Great meeting today @raisedinspace x @Ripple teams. Great things ahead 😁. #xrpthestandard pic.twitter.com/JhXO31TiSn
— Scooter Braun (@scooterbraun) July 23, 2019
Before this, he even Tweeted about XRP.
Interesting… Over the last 100 days, BTC is down 37%, ETH is down 50% and XRP is up 33%. #neverscared #xrpthestandard
— Scooter Braun (@scooterbraun) December 20, 2018
In February this year, as we reported, Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings and Ripple along with BMG’s former President launched Raised In Space to innovate the music industry with investment per company ranging from $500,00 to $5 million.
As such, this Instagram story by Bieber could very well be a part of it and the XRP community might just get to hear about it or a new partnership in the upcoming Swell event.
