Users that want to participate have to leave a comment with the picture under that tweet, but they didn’t attract a large number of users. At the time of writing, the post received 79 answers and not all of them have a picture of the Gemini Crypto Bus.
Clearly, the fact that the bus is located in just a few cities such as San Francisco, Chicago and Washington D.C., is an important constraint for users around the world to participate. This giveaway comes just some weeks after Tron’s (TRX) failed giveaway in which they were gifting a Tesla to the cryptocurrency community. Due to some technical issues, there were two winners. The Tron Foundation didn’t want to give him the first prize due to some problems during the live streaming of the selection process.
Gemini is a cryptocurrency exchange that operates in the United States and that is known for being regulated in an industry in which several companies operate without being legally recognized.
This is very important for the crypto community that remembers the situation lived by the Tron enthusiast who won but couldn’t receive his prize. Justin Sun decided to give away two cars in order to repair the mistake.
Clearly, the Winklevoss twins with their regulated exchange and reputation have been working over the last years in order to increase transparency in the crypto market and expand digital assets in the United States. Although it gathered less attention than the Tron giveaway, it will be very positive for users to participate in this campaign.
