Yoshitaka Kitao Talks All Things Ripple and XRP at Tokyo Conference, May Make Himself an Official

At a lecture that Yoshitaka Kitao gave back in 2018, he discussed different topics related to the virtual currency market, including XRP, Corda and the Osaka Expo that will be happening in 2025. Mr. Kitao is the President of Premium Financial Services and the CEO of Akasukin Holdings.

Yoshitaka Kitao Could Be A Ripple Official

Kitao talked about the strategy that he has regarding an ecosystem that is based on digital assets. He has also mentioned that the lawsuit between Ripple and R3 had to be arranged and solved before an alliance.

He went on talking about the smart contract platform called Corda, which does not use any specific cryptocurrency. However, it usually tends to closely related to XRP. With an alliance between Ripple and R3, which is behind the Corda network, it will be possible to yield a

“Global Standard”.

According to local reports, Kitao commented that he may be an official of Ripple Inc.

“We have a thick pipe with both companies that can become a global standard, and we will do our best to support you,”

he commented.

SBI holdings are trying to reach different economic sectors by leveraging the services provided by companies working in the blockchain payment industry in the market. Kitao also wants to help Japan improve its payment infrastructure and help individuals have control over their funds.

Ripple is a firm that is expanding across the globe trying to reduce costs and transaction times for different financial companies and banks. Using the XRP digital asset is possible to reduce costs even more and make cross-border payments more efficient.
