Zombie Battleground is a video game program for smartphones that allows consumers to receive digital and physical rewards. The project is presently being funded through a Kickstarter campaign.

What Is Zombie Battleground?

Every game is a matter of strategy and competition. Most consumers love to compete against each other, but every physical game can have pieces lost or damaged that makes it hard to keep gameplay fair. Digital games preserve games exactly where they are, and there’s a new one in development that may incite some fun – Zombie Battleground.

Zombie Battleground comes from Loom Network and is a quick-thinking program that involves trading digital cards with other members on the platform. The campaign describes this program as being like that of the games that individuals have played already, like Magic and Pokémon.

However, there’s a few ways they change things, like:

  • No stacking options, with certification for how rare the cards are
  • Ownership of the deck that the individual uses
  • Trading and selling options with other players without a middleman
  • A marketplace for purchases

The whole goal of the program is to remain transparent among users, so each member knows exactly how many cards are available throughout the platform. The structure of the program is meant to grow over time, so consumers should expect new opportunities as the game thrives.

Playing Zombie Battleground

The premise of the game is that there is a massive event that triggers a zombie uprising. The player is one of the few individuals who has survived, which they need to keep up with learned strategies. They will focus on a singular goal with many branches – accumulate enough zombies to fight a war, while stopping the victory of the opponent. Consumers increase their likelihood of success by adding to their deck with cards that can strengthen their attack and defense.

The Zombie Battleground program is designed to work on both iOS and Android smartphones, though a PC option may be available later with the right funding. The game itself is free to play, and there are plenty of changes to earn new cards and loot. However, consumers have the option of purchasing or borrowing cards.

Purchasing Zombie Battleground Crypto Card Game On Kickstarter

Consumers are unable to purchase Zombie Battleground right now, since it’s still earning funding. However, there is an opportunity on Kickstarter for interested individuals to make a pledge towards the completion, which will give them a reward. The reward corresponds with the amount that the user receives.

Choose from the following pledge amounts:

    • Or the Hero – Wash ‘em Away package, which contains the Blizzard card instead of the Fire-Maw card
    • Or the Hero – Meltdown package, which contains the Zludge card instead of the Fire-Maw card
  • $400 or more, for all the rewards listed above, along with another Fire Hero, the Fresh Meat card, 30 super packs, and an additional five Beta invite codes
  • $1,000 or more, for all the above benefits, along with a Zombified self-portrait, a version of the user as a zombie on a t-shirt, and a physical copy of the Zombie You on a trading card
  • $5,000 or more, for all the above, the Zombie You in the game, and a miniature statue of one of the game’s zombies.

The rewards are due to start being sent out in May 2019. However, there is a planned release schedule that has monthly publications in July 2018 until the full release of the Kickstarter project.

Zombie Battleground Conclusion

Zombie Battleground provides a new game for consumers that have enjoyed other card trading games, but without the potential for fraud and card loss. Everything is secured within the game, which is one of the first opportunities of its kind. Even though the full program won’t be out for a while, getting in early will have the users ahead of the game.

Presently, the only way to contact the creators of Zombie Battleground is through the Kickstarter campaign.
