Zooterra: Blockchain Crypto Collectibles Project To Protect Habitats Wildlife

What Is Zooterra?

Zooterra is a new project that seeks to recreate how we support nature through its Terra tokens that will provide everyone with stakes in nature. The patent pending product will provide people with a direct, entertaining, and transparent way to conserve natural habitats and wildlife.

Zooterra will enhance the conservation of nature through ownership and gamification of specific natural areas and wildlife, personalizing the experiences for each user and providing Terra owners with frequent project updates and status satellite imaging that will enable them understand their impacts on the habitat.

How Zooterra Blockchain Crypto Collectibles Project Works

To become a guardian of nature with Zooterra, individuals must have a stake in nature by purchasing the unique digital tokens known as Terras. Each Terra represents one hectare of natural area in national parks, private natural reserves or any other area that hosts wildlife or natural habitats.

Currently, all purchases of the Terra tokens will provide users with the stake in the Kasigau Wildlife Corridor, located in Kenya. The Kasigau Wildlife Corridor is a 200,000-hectare dry land forest protected by Wildlife Works.

Purchasing the Terra tokens will support a specific project linked to the Terra wildlife, habitat, or community, which will result in conservation of the natural area. The conservation projects being supported by each Terra purchase will feature aerial surveillance, wildlife water pans, and agricultural techniques that improve efficiency.

Periodic Updates

Once individuals have purchased the Terra tokens, they will receive periodic updates regarding the projects they are Guardians to as well as satellite imaging analysis highlighting the progress of the habitat the individual is supporting. The updates include the profiles of the people working on the projects, communities that live near the natural areas, wildlife species in the area, information on the plants and habitat types in that area.

Owners of the Terra tokens can attain higher guardian levels by building their guardian of nature history through collecting more Terra and project badges from countries around the world. The ownership of each habitat is recorded on the platform and can be viewed on the platform; this will ensure that each Terra is unique and rare.

Zooterra Benefits

Tokenization Of Natural Areas

By tokenizing natural areas into digital tokens each representing a natural area from around the world, Zooterra is able to visualize, take stock of, and better connect with nature and doing so be able to protect wildlife and natural habitats.

Partnerships With Professionals

Knowledgeable and experienced partners execute all the Zooterra projects. One of the reliable partners is Wildlife Works, which is a project development and Management Company that seeks to protect millions of hectares of native forests, reducing the annual CO2 emissions and creating employment in rural communities. Additionally, Wildlife Works ensures compliance with the set standards and practices like e Climate, Community, and Biodiversity standards.

Transparency

Zooterra ensures that users are fully aware of the projects that they will support by purchasing the Terra tokens and the type of wildlife live in the project. Users are also made aware of the amount of funds that is allocated to support the conservation goals and the organization that is tasked with executing the project on the habitat.
